	Welcome to the W. O. Frohring Family Resource Center at Rainbow Babies and Children's Hospital. The Center is dedicated to helping patients and their families become active and informed participants in their own health and medical care. You'll find ideas and information on a variety of topics related to health care, family life, hospital and community resources and much more. The W. O. Frohring Family Resource Center supports a caring and effective partnership between families and their healthcare team. It is a resource for Rainbow Babies & Children's patients, parents and staff members. Community members are also welcome to visit or call us.
	Materials may also be borrowed for a limited time within the hospital. Copying services are available. We receive many donations of magazines, new or gently used children's books, resource books and videotapes. If you would like to make a donation, please click the "gift" button at the bottom of the page.

	The Carol Carmany White Children's Library offers recreational and bedside reading programs. Our Alli Makar Video Collection offers recreational videos for hospitalized children and their families.
The Family Learning Center prepares families to care for their children at home. Our nurse patient educators teach parents skills at hours that are convenient for them. The Family Resource Center offers the STARBRIGHT World Program for hospitalized children and their siblings. For more information click on the button for STARBRIGHT.
